Our Company
Solid Plus is a quality endorsed (IS9001), wholly-owned subsidiary of National Tyre & Wheel Limited (ASX: NTD), and is a dedicated industrial tyre service, providing fast, efficient tyre pressing and replacement needs for the forklift industry. We hold exclusive distribution rights for many tyre brands, including some of the biggest names in the market, whilst also distributing alternative brands to cater for all budgets.
Established in 2008, Solid Plus has led the way in elevating the standard of service that was previously provided to the forklift rental market, as well as airport ground services, mining and to many tyre dealerships throughout Australia.
Solid Plus is committed to delivering on time and introduced a paperless system where our service fitters can invoice onsite, allowing the service fitter to concentrate on the quality of the job and move from site to site hassle-free and minimising downtime for our customers.
We operate in every Australian state and have 11 distribution centres throughout Australia with our head office being based in Smithfield, New South Wales based alongside our partner wholesaler Tyres4U Pty Ltd who is also a wholly-owned subsidiary of NTAW.
Our dealer network is in excess of 200 tyre dealers throughout Australia with our large fleet of service trucks that are well equipped to deliver and press the solid or air-filled tyres on-site in most areas of Australia.
Solid Plus can offer a same and/or next day onsite solid tyre pressing service and also has available an exchange wheel system for remote areas.
We are extremely supportive of our customer’s activities and employ the most highly respected expert technical people in the Australian tyre industry. This approach is necessary in today’s fast-moving modern world because not only is tyre technology rapidly changing, but there is also an unprecedented availability of superior quality tyres as alternatives to traditional brands.
We also operate a 24-hour roadside emergency service, known as TEN24 (Tyre Emergency Network). Our TEN24 service providers can offer service within your depots and are able to do roadside service 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Standard prices for these services apply Australia-wide.
